【Palate | 味覺】:
On the palate has tannins well present, but elegant, very beautiful salinity and flavors of blueberries and licorice. Very pure, clean, and lingering fruit acidity. Bold dark fruit flavors mixed with graphite, cinnamon, vanilla, and dried herbs. Very smooth finish. （Needed to breathe for 1 1/2 hours.）
